On Sunday night, “Stayin’ Alive: A GRAMMY Salute to the Music Of The Bee Gees” had people all around the world feeling the night fever! The broadcast was the top-rated broadcast program on Sunday night, with an astonishing 10.3 million viewers!
The night began with a bang; a medley featuring some of the biggest Bee Gees hits. Demi Lovato kicked off the medley with a phenomenal rendition of “Stayin Alive” followed by Tori Kelly’s performance of “Tragedy,” Little Big Town’s “How Deep is Your Love,” and Andra Days rendition of “Night Fever.”
Following the opening medley were show-stopping performances by the likes of John Legend and Stevie Wonder, Celine Dion, Jason Derulo, Nick Jonas, Ed Sheeran, and finally the man himself, Barry Gibb! Barry Gibb closed out the night with performances of Bee Gees classics we all know so well including “Jive Talkin’,” “You Should Be Dancing,” and a full ensemble finale for “Stayin’ Alive.”
